Mold inspections begin with a visual inspection of the structure. Next moisture and humidity readings are collected. We use state-of-the- art equipment throughout the process such as thermal imaging devices, air flow indicators and micro cameras as a means to avoid being invasive. Air and surface sampling is used as needed. A detailed report is issued within 48 hours outlining all findings and any corrective actions needed.
